Buying your first home is a big step and it is important that everyone has an experienced Mortgage broker to assist through the process. A good mortgage broker will ensure that you find the right home loan and take advantage of all the benefits available like the First Home Owners Grant or any State government grants and concessions that you might be eligible for. With my extensive experience in this industry I will ensure the smoothest possible purchase. Being a property investor myself and having a broad property portfolio I understand property investment finance can be quite complex, particularly when you have multiple properties in your portfolio. There are different options available depending on whether you are a first-time investor, have a broad property portfolio, or wish to use complex financial structures such as trusts. There are also options available if you are an owner builder or need to finance property development sites. I will advise you on the best structure as per your portfolio.
Home Loan Pre-Approvals: How can I help and why it’s needed?
Home Loan Pre-Approval is something that you should always get no matter what your loan size is. It puts you in the strongest position to bid at auction or negotiate with vendor as that give you the most secure indication of how much you can borrow. Home Loan Pre-Approvals is offered by most banks and lenders and is usually valid for 3 months. I will assist you through the whole process of ensuring that you have the pre-approval before you actually go to bid/negotiate for a property.
Wealth Creation: How can I help?
My role with the client does not end as soon as the property goes through settlement. The relationship with the client goes on and I advise on the best possible ways to create wealth within the current property market. I also advise and guide my clients on how to transition to a multiple property investor from a first home buyer
